Yes — both. Nottinghamshire is the home patch and we work across the Derbyshire border regularly. Ring with a postcode and we will confirm before you book anything.
Yes. Half a day is our minimum, so a patch of painting, a cracked ceiling or a door that will not shut is worth ringing about. Plenty of our week is exactly that.
Only what our registrations cover, and we will tell you plainly when a job needs a registered gas or electrical engineer instead. Anything on gas appliances legally needs a Gas Safe registered engineer — ask us for the registration before work starts.
The written figure holds unless the scope changes or something underneath turns out worse than it looked — rot behind plaster or framing, for instance. If that happens you hear about it the day we find it, with a price, before we carry on.
Yes. Protection goes down before we start, waste from our work leaves with us, and the site is swept before we invoice.
